Terms of use

Effective 9 August 2026. Owner-approved terms for the limited Khaili TestFlight pilot.

1. Service and eligibility

These terms govern access to Khaili, a horse and stable operations tool provided by Zayed Albloushi. The pilot is invitation-only for adult participants selected and invited by Zayed Albloushi. Participants may include an unspecified number of approved stables, their authorized users, and private horse owners. No public access or fixed participant count is offered or promised.

2. Complimentary pilot access

Each approved stable or private-owner workspace may receive one complimentary Stable Growth grant for 90 days, covering up to 40 active horses. No payment is collected and Apple or Stripe billing is not offered. Selection, invitation and continued participation remain at the operator's discretion. Access may end when the grant expires or when the pilot is suspended or withdrawn.

3. Operations-only scope

Permitted use includes team and workspace management, basic horse profiles, schedules, stable-care tasks and events, programs, workouts, rides, reminders, exports, deletion and support. Do not enter medical, medication, vaccination or veterinary notes; clinical-readiness evidence; passport, microchip or registry identifiers or documents; Advisor requests; raw research data; or billing information. Keep official, clinical, legal and regulatory records in approved systems.

4. Accounts and permissions

Keep devices, passwords and one-time codes secure. Do not share review or user credentials. Permissions must reflect real authorization. Stable owners and administrators must promptly revoke inappropriate access. Email OTP is the normal sign-in method; the password review account is reserved for Apple review and is revoked after review.

5. Operational tool, not professional advice

Khaili does not provide veterinary diagnosis, emergency response, medication authorization, legal advice, official registry verification or competition clearance. Consult qualified professionals and authorities and never delay emergency care because of the app.

6. Your content and acceptable use

You are responsible for submitted content and must have authority to use it. Do not bypass permissions, impersonate others, probe another stable, automate abusive traffic, misuse links, upload malware, enter prohibited sensitive data or use Khaili to conceal or falsify operational or audit history.

7. Availability, backups and deletion

Beta software may be interrupted, changed, restored from backup or withdrawn. The operational targets are a 24-hour backup recovery point and four-hour recovery time after a confirmed recoverable incident, but neither is guaranteed. Keep any required source records elsewhere. Account deletion is available in the app; shared operational records may require transfer, workspace review or pseudonymized retention.

8. Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable UAE law, the pilot is provided “as is” and without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the United Arab Emirates, and disputes are subject to the competent courts of Dubai unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
