Delete your Khaili account

Steps

1. Sign in to the Khaili account you want to delete.
2. Open More → Privacy and account.
3. Select Delete my account, review the impact, and complete the explicit confirmation.
4. The protected server checks ownership and shared-record dependencies. The app reports completed, pending, blocked, or failed status.
5. After server-confirmed completion, Khaili clears local records, cached files, notification state, and authentication material, then signs out.

What deletion covers

Direct profile identifiers, credentials, device registrations, memberships, and private account exports are removed when the request completes. Data held only on the device is purged by the app.

Shared operational records

Deletion does not silently destroy shared tasks, programs, workouts, rides, stable-care events or security audit records needed by other authorized users. Those records may require workspace transfer, separate workspace deletion review or pseudonymized retention. A sole or last workspace owner receives a blocking condition and must follow the stated action.

If you cannot access the app

Contact info@khaili.ae from the account’s verified email. Support may need to verify account and workspace authority before assisting. Do not send passwords or one-time codes. This fallback does not remove the in-app deletion option.
